After reducing the maintenance expenses & the management charges, the profit will be distributed to villa owners. In such cases the owner or his own family can stay in his villa free for 1 month. For stay of more than 1 month, the proportionate rent (Calculated at 25% reduction from the rack rate) will be reduced from his annual return.
